Brickhouse 737 is a gathering place that focuses on community, farm-fresh ingredients, hospitality & travel-inspired dishes. The concept was created by Ouray locals Hans Vanderploeg & Chef/ Co-Owner Cory Sargent. They are working with local farms, dairies and ranchers. That way we can provide you with contemporary American cuisine that is both creative and approachable.
We will be open 7 days a week from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm for dining-in and take out. We encourage reservations because of limited seating but walk-ins are still welcome.
